Beckhoff Model Release

I, _______________, hereby grant Beckhoff and its production partner, Foreword, including their affiliates, successors, and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs or video of me, or in which I may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to alter the same without restriction. I hereby release Beckhoff and Foreword and their respective legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs or video. I am of full legal age and have read this release and am fully familiar with its contents.
